Don’t know when to write? Making a habit out of creative writing and becoming a better writer necessitates ritual and consistency.

Our weekly writing hour is a midweek opportunity to turn your creative faucet on and exercise your writer’s mind. In this focused hour, we vow to close our other tabs, listen to an inspiration text, and write for 45 minutes either to the day’s prompt or toward a project of our choosing. It’s that simple!

Committed Creative Club - Thursdays on Zoom, 4-5 pm EST

Work on your newsletter, finish or revise a project, break out your sketch pad, anything goes! But do come with a goal in mind. We’ll share our goals at the start and check in about our progress at the end!

Guided Writing Meditation - First week of every month

Receive a private Youtube link at the end of each month’s free newsletter. Like firing up a yoga video at home supports you in providing movement and self care on your own time, writing with Sammi during these 15 minute videos takes the guess work out of when, what, and for how long to write. Sammi films from a different outdoor location each month, offers a theme or question to meditate on for two minutes, then we write together (yes, Sammi on screen and you at home) for 12 minutes. Use these videos to maintain your writing/journaling practice and to tap into your inner world once a month.
